We were looking to hire a Data Entry and Admin person to manage our CRM system, and the Webco Talent team suggested considering someone from overseas. Initially, we were hesitant—we weren’t sure about the English proficiency or how well they would fit into our team. But Webco Talent found us a candidate with excellent communication skills, and she has been fantastic. In fact, we were so impressed that we also hired a Software Developer through them. It's been a great experience, and we’re really glad we made the decision to hire through Webco Talent.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to hire a staff member?
Most roles are filled within 14–21 days depending on complexity and market availability. We present 2–3 fully vetted candidates for interview once screening is complete.
What happens if the candidate is not the right fit?
If performance issues arise within the six-month structured commitment period, we will replace the staff member at no additional recruitment cost.
Are the staff members full-time employees?
Yes. All placements are full-time, dedicated employees aligned to your business — not freelancers or shared resources.
Who manages payroll and compliance?
We handle payroll, HR, compliance and infrastructure management through our structured Australian-managed model.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Equipment, office infrastructure, internet, administration and management support are all included in your monthly rate. All invoices are issued by our Australian entity and are GST applicable.
How do you ensure quality and accountability?
Every shortlisted candidate is screened for communication, skill and reliability, and completes role-relevant assessment tasks before presentation. Ongoing performance oversight ensures accountability throughout the engagement.
